Ladies Outdoor Training

  

We now have our 'Ladies in the Park' training sessions every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9.30am, children are welcome. Each class is aimed at building cardio fitness, core strength and toning.

Make exercise a part of your every day life, and feel and see the benefits in a healthier, fitter YOU.

  

1: Warm up: this is aimed at waking up the muscles and joints and slowly getting the heart rate up.

2: Conditioning: cardio and light resistance training to improve your cardio health, strength and burn lots of calories.

3:Core: Lots of tummy work ! We will do core work in EVERY session, either throughout the session or at the end as part of our cool-down.

4:Cool down and Stretch: to release and relax your muscles and aid in recovery and reduction of muscle soreness.

  

  

Make sure you wear light comfortable clothing, bring a towel and water bottle and let's get moving, no more excuses "Just Do It".
